Company DKG Co. Ltd. are proud to announce the opening of new production division – the yarn production line. Today in order to be first class producer and hold high-end market position, it is necessary to improve yourself constantly. If there is the resource, there is possibility to be competitive and stable in business. Spinning process can be compared with management mechanism, which is practiced in any organization of high-class production. This is a processes complex; with help of short and thin fibers we can get the continuous thread-yarn, i.e. thanks to prompt and correct decisions there is obtained some continuous and qualitative business activity.

Yarn is the raw material for tricots production. Depending on designation DKG Co. Ltd produce the designation DKG Co. Ltd produce the yarn of high linear density, in volume 7 tons per day (range: Ne12/1(50 tex) – Ne5/1(118 tex). Yarn linear density in the system of tex is to be characterized by ratio of mass in grams to its length in kilometers. Spinning system is the combination of machines which consequentially work over the fibers or fiber mix into the yarn. In our production we use carded spinning system, which was developed by Truetzschler GmbH & Co KG (Germany) for cotton fiber and synthetic fibers processing.

Knitting yarn technological equipment consists of three main sections:

• Previous spinning (opening, cleaning, mixing) - Truetzschler GmbH & Co KG;
• Carding and strip forming - Truetzschler GmbH & Co KG;
• Pneumatic mechanical spinning – Oerlikon Schlafhorst GmbH & Co. KG

First samples received while production launching, pleasantly surprised even the most claims experts. All the first lot actual data (100 tons) were constant and identical, that in the modern world testify quality constancy and further reliability of the company as the producer and the supplier.

Yarn production starting – is not the first but not the last achievement of DKG Co. Ltd., this is regular success, which opens new horizons in the development of industrial complex of country in general.
